Come and join us EVERY Wednesday at 4PM at T.H.R.I.V.E. for an afternoon of fun, learning and relaxation as we celebrate the Community Children Yoga Classes taught by 11-year old prodigy certified Yoga Teacher, Amandine Love Lerner. Watch the class featured on NBC News at

You can either drop off your children and enjoy a 1 or 2 hour break on us, or you can watch or join in for the fun! The kids always have lots of fun and learn to relax! Tons of fun games and lots of physical exercise too to get everybody happy and peaceful by the end of the class ;) An interactive, fun and educational puppet show aimed at teaching children about nutrition and healthy eating is on once every two weeks with lots of good food for all the kids to eat. There will also be lots of goodies and healthy foods available for adults and children alike at great prices. Before you leave, be sure to check out the other inexpensive healthy and delicious snacks prepared by T.H.R.I.V.E.’s Raw Vegan Chefs and South Beach’s first Fresh Farmers’ Market with plenty of organic fruits & veggies.

Donations from the Community Children Yoga Classes Amandine receives will be contributed to the Yoga Africa Project and, upon Amandine's request, to her personal fund too. If you can't make it but still want to contribute to the project, please follow the link below:

(All donations through this link will be attributed to Amandine's fundraising campaign automatically to help her raise money for African children and communities which she hopes to join next year for the future "Community Service" Trip to Kenya in 2012.)

This event is sponsored by T.H.R.I.V.E., the awe-inspiring raw vegan restaurant on South Beach and The South Beach Detox, a health & wellness leading company offering holistic body cleansing packages, both home based and in-studio, in a concerted effort to bring balance, health and well-being into our local communities and positively affect the world as a whole.
