Amandine Love Lerner, a 10-year-old little girl from Miami raised over $1,000 for Celebrity Yoga Master Baron Baptiste's "Africa Yoga Project" in an effort to help suffering children and communities in Africa.
Amandine was the only child worldwide to participate in the Yoga Aid Challenge, an intense Yoga practice that encompasses performing 108 sun salutations. The challenge took 3 and a half hours to complete but little Amandine did not waver from her determination. Whenever she felt a little tired, she kept the little African children in her heart and re-channeled her energy in that way.
Amandine is the youngest child to be taking the Yoga Alliance Teacher Training Certification Program to become certified to teach Yoga to her peers. She is currently studying under the guidance of Miami's celebrated Yoga Master, Fred Busch, at Miami Yogashala - South Beach and Brickell.
